Refunds

Donations are processed by Razorpay. Refund eligibility follows Razorpay, card network, and organizer policies.

After payment

If a payment succeeded but you believe it was made in error, contact support with your payment ID and campaign link. We coordinate with organizers and the payment provider where possible.

Chargebacks

Disputes raised through your bank or card issuer are handled under Razorpay and network rules. Campaign balances may be adjusted accordingly.
