Who runs the fundraisers on this site?

As a Human Trust sets up and publishes every fundraiser here, and posts progress updates on the same page as the work goes on.

Is there a platform fee?

The Trust does not deduct a platform fee. Razorpay's standard payment gateway charges apply to online payments.

Which payment methods can I use?

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. Some pages also show a UPI QR code and bank details for direct transfers.

Where do the raised amounts come from?

They are calculated from payments that Razorpay has confirmed and the Trust's server has verified. Nothing is estimated.

Can I donate without showing my name?

Yes. Tick 'Hide my name on this page' while donating. Your details are still kept for the receipt and the Trust's records.

Will I get a receipt?

A receipt page opens as soon as the payment is confirmed and can be downloaded. It is an acknowledgement, not a tax exemption certificate.
