Payment information

SparkFund uses Razorpay to accept donations in Indian Rupees (INR).

Methods

Depending on Razorpay availability, supporters may pay with UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets supported at checkout.

Settlement & receipts

Successful payments are recorded against the campaign. Organizers receive payouts according to platform rules, escrow/wallet settings, and withdrawal requests. Donors should retain Razorpay receipts and payment IDs for their records.

Security

Checkout is hosted by Razorpay. SparkFund does not store full card numbers. Webhook signatures are verified when configured.

Refunds & disputes

Donations are generally final. Refunds or chargebacks follow Razorpay policies, applicable law, and our refund policy.

Merchant of record

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (India). SparkFund provides the campaign platform and reporting.
